1. About Skipd
Skipd is an AI-powered decision filter for YouTube videos, operated by The Hub HQ LTD [COMPANY NUMBER]. By using the service, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The service is open to individuals aged 16 or over. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Skipd to analyse publicly available YouTube videos for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following are prohibited: • Circumventing usage limits by any means • Automating requests (scraping, bots) • Submitting links to unlawful content • Reselling or redistributing generated summaries commercially • Attempting to access unauthorised parts of the infrastructure
4. AI-generated summaries — limitation of liability
Summaries are generated automatically by OpenAI GPT-4o from YouTube transcripts. They are a decision-making aid only. Skipd does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of summaries for any specific purpose (medical, legal, financial, academic, etc.). To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hub HQ LTD's liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any claim.
5. Plans and pricing
Free: 10 summaries/month (account required), videos up to 3 hours Pro: €9.99/month or $10.99/month — 500 summaries/month, no duration limit, cancel anytime Founder: €179 or $199 one-time — 200 summaries/month, no duration limit, lifetime access — limited to 10 slots
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Skipd never stores your payment credentials. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled via the Stripe customer portal.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. By agreeing at checkout that the service starts immediately, you waive this right once the paid service has been used (first summary generated under the paid plan). To withdraw before first use: legal@skipd.ai.
8. Refunds
No refunds are issued for periods already elapsed or access already consumed, outside the right of withdrawal.
9. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
